Refund policy
At Ashdeco, we take pride in offering furniture and interior products crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet expectations, our return and refund policy ensures a fair and smooth process.
Order Modification or Cancellation
- You may request modifications or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order.
- After this window, production or preparation may already be underway, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
- To request a change, please email our support team at support@ashdeco.ca with your order number and details.
Returns
- You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable.
- To begin a return, contact us at support@ashdeco.ca with your order number and reason. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print.
- We cover return shipping costs only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Note: Our return policy applies exclusively to products with manufacturer defects or damage during shipping.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for defective, damaged, or not-as-described items, as well as for size or color changes (excluding sale and custom items).
- Please contact us to request a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your return.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Partial refunds may apply if returned items are not in original condition.
