Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping is available within Canada, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of approximately 10–17 business days.
Please note: Since many of our products are handmade and crafted with special attention to detail, production times may vary. Depending on the complexity of your order, fulfillment may take longer than expected. We kindly ask for your understanding, and we will keep you updated regarding any delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1–2 business days. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the courier’s site.
Address or Product Changes
- Any changes to your shipping address or products must be requested within 6 hours of placing your order.
- If changes are made, please allow 1–2 additional business days for processing.
Issues with Tracking Number
