Guaranteed safe & secure checkout
Add enduring organic beauty and grounded craftsmanship to your landscape with our Handcrafted Live Edge Solid Wood Garden Bench. Carved from substantial natural hardwood slabs, this outdoor statement piece integrates rugged live-edge curves with supportive seating, creating a tranquil gathering place among garden paths, stone patios, or poolside courtyards.
The Presence of Authentic Solid Wood
- Natural Grain & Knot Character: Crafted entirely from 100% genuine solid timber without synthetic veneers, displaying dramatic annular rings, authentic branch eyes, and rich golden-honey undertones.
- Hand-Sculpted Live Edge Finish: The undulating backrest curve, comfortable slab seat, and sturdy pedestal feet are shaped and hand-sanded to honor the authentic tactile warmth and living grain of the log.
Why Choose This Piece: Sculptural Form Meets Utility
- Substantial Outdoor Load Support: Built from thick solid wood slabs engineered to provide comfortable seating for two to three people with remarkable structural stability.
- Grounded Monolithic Stance: Features wide, trunk-like leg supports that rest solidly on flagstone walkways, garden gravel, or stone pavers.
- Biophilic Landscape Harmony: The organic silhouette blends seamlessly into lush botanical borders, flowering beds, and rustic dry-stone walls.
Ideal Placements
- Gardens & Patios: Placed alongside flowering borders, stone paths, koi ponds, or courtyard firepits.
- Serene Outdoor & Indoor Spaces: Complements private estates, covered verandas, and sunrooms styled in Modern Rustic, Cottagecore, Wabi-Sabi, or Organic Modern architecture.
Honest Limitations
- Living Timber Traits: Because genuine solid wood naturally breathes in open air, natural weather patina, surface checking lines, and subtle tone changes over time are authentic characteristics of exterior timber.
- Dense Heavyweight Mass: Due to the thick volume of authentic solid wood slabs, this bench possesses considerable weight; multi-person lifting is recommended during setup.
Custom Dimensions & Thickness
- Custom Length & Height: Fully made to order to match specific garden clearings, stone patio spans, or porch dimensions.
- Adjustable Slab Thickness: Built with a rugged standard slab thickness for outdoor durability; custom extra-thick slabs or adjusted profiles can be crafted upon request (thickness adjustments incur an extra fee).

Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.
