• As every piece is made from natural wood, slight variations in color, grain, or finish are expected—making each unit unique.
• We’ll keep you updated with photos during every stage of production (raw wood, color spraying, finishing, packaging).
• Since this is a made-to-order, customized item, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Furniture Placement

• Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
• Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.

Cleaning & Upkeep

• Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.

Weight Capacity & Use

• Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
• When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.

Preventing Mold & Mildew

• Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
• In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.
