Honest Limitations & Maintenance
- Natural Wood Variations: As a genuine live-edge solid wood creation, natural variations in edge curvature, grain pattern, color depth, and timber knot signatures are authentic attributes of real wood.
- Secure Wall Anchoring Required: Due to the substantial weight of solid wood, this floating desk must be anchored securely into structural wall studs or solid masonry walls.
- Care Instructions: Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Promptly wipe away cosmetic spills or liquid drops to preserve the protective matte finish.
Furniture Placement
- Position your furniture away from direct sunlight, or use blinds or curtains to reduce sun exposure.
- Always set your furniture on a level surface to preserve its balance and structure.
Cleaning & Upkeep
- Regularly wipe down your furniture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia, as these can ruin the finish and damage the wood.
Weight Capacity & Use
- Respect the recommended weight limit for each piece to ensure its durability.
- When moving furniture, lift it instead of dragging or pushing to prevent surface scratches or joint damage.
Preventing Mold & Mildew
- Quickly wipe up any spills to stop moisture from penetrating the wood.
- In areas with high humidity, use a dehumidifier to maintain an ideal moisture balance.
